WWE Divas, TNA Girls, Pictures and Wallpapers of Female Wrestlers Knockouts

In a four-way match for the Knockouts Title, Velvet Sky overcame the odds (not the least of which was Karen Jarrett serving as the guest referee), winning the match and earning her first-ever reign as Knockouts Champ.

The match saw Velvet competing against the likes of Madison Rayne, Mickie James and Winter, and the whole thing went off-track when Angelina Love slipped a eye-stinging mist to Winter, who proceeded to accidently spit it in Karen’s face. This brought out Traci Brooks, who was banned from ringside unless something befell Karen. With Karen down, Traci assumed the role of referee and counted the pin when Velvet pinned Madison, winning her the match and the Knockouts Title.

Mickie James and Shane Douglas will be part of the wrestling show at the Hollidaysburg Readiness Center in Duncansville, Pennsylvania on November 11th, 2011.

Mickie James participated in an interview with Female First while she was in the UK promoting TNA Wrestling‘s upcoming Maximum Impact Tour and recalled her reaction to being released from her WWE contract last year. She admitted it was as big a shock for her, and did upset her.

“I think it angered a lot of people,” she says, continuing: “It would be one thing if I was doing a poor job, and I didn’t capture the fans every time I went out there, or if I wasn’t so good at what I did.”

As it was, it drained her of her passion for wrestling, until one show in a high school gym. Read more

Former WWE Divas Champion Michelle McCool has gone on record to discuss the controversial “Piggie James” storyline in late 2009.

In a preview for the second part of her tell-all about her time in WWE, Michelle’s official website has uploaded the following clip (see below).

Michelle says that the storyline, which saw her and teammate Layla taunt Mickie James for several months over her weight, was not devised by them, but by WWE. Read more
