The match saw Velvet competing against the likes of Madison Rayne, Mickie James and Winter, and the whole thing went off-track when Angelina Love slipped a eye-stinging mist to Winter, who proceeded to accidently spit it in Karen’s face. This brought out Traci Brooks, who was banned from ringside unless something befell Karen. With Karen down, Traci assumed the role of referee and counted the pin when Velvet pinned Madison, winning her the match and the Knockouts Title.

Mickie James participated in an interview with Female First while she was in the UK promoting TNA Wrestling‘s upcoming Maximum Impact Tour and recalled her reaction to being released from her WWE contract last year. She admitted it was as big a shock for her, and did upset her.

“I think it angered a lot of people,” she says, continuing: “It would be one thing if I was doing a poor job, and I didn’t capture the fans every time I went out there, or if I wasn’t so good at what I did.”

As it was, it drained her of her passion for wrestling, until one show in a high school gym.

“I looked around the locker room, looking in these peoples’ eyes. There were people who had never been anywhere, never wrestled anywhere except here. You could see that fire in their eyes, that desire and that wanting to make it. I thought…s***, what happened to that?”

She adds: “It was one of those wonderful eye-opening things. I do this because I love it, I love entertaining the fans. I love what I do out there, and I’m amazing at it.”

This led her to TNA, with the organization acquiring another wrestler who gained notoriety in WWE. Whilst TNA sometimes comes under fire for pushing homegrown talent aside in favor of former WWE talent, she thinks it’s important to keep it fresh.

“You can’t do the same things over and over again. We have so much talent, there are ways to keep it fresh,” she explains, before pointing out that AJ Styles and Samoa Joe are still featured regularly on television.

She then adds that if people wanted to watch the same thing over and over again, they would tune into WWE.

“TNA really started to make a name for themselves with the X Division, stuff like that, because it was different, nobody else was doing it,” she says.

According to the article, the industry has it’s detractors, both in the wrestling press and with skeptics. James has a less-than-favorable opinion on the subject of “the poor end of the wrestling press” (referred to as “dirt sheets”):

She points out that “nobody reads those things”, adding: “I feel like, nine times out of ten, it’s somebody who thinks they know, but really they don’t.”

The industry also faces criticism from those who disregard what the wrestlers do as fake. Mickie James says, “We’ll never try to pull the wool over anybody’s eyes and say there’s not a certain artwork to it. I guarantee you, 9 out of 10 people in the world wouldn’t step in the ring and do what I do, nor could they. I think we have one of the hardest jobs in the world.”

Former WWE Divas Champion Michelle McCool has gone on record to discuss the controversial “Piggie James” storyline in late 2009.

In a preview for the second part of her tell-all about her time in WWE, Michelle’s official website has uploaded the following clip (see below).

Michelle says that the storyline, which saw her and teammate Layla taunt Mickie James for several months over her weight, was not devised by them, but by WWE.

Michelle gives James much credit for being professional and going with the storyline, saying that the fans support of her made the storyline so successful as they wanted to see her get her own back on LayCool. However, Michelle concedes that it was not easy for her or Layla to say and do some of the things that they were scripted to do.

WWE former diva Jillian Hall and TNA Knockout Mickie James will be appearing at Manville VFW Hall in Manville, New Jersey for National Wrestling Superstars. Both Knockouts will be fight there but opponents has not been confirmed yet.

TNA Knockout Mickie James was asked on her official website if she will ever return to WWE. Mickie said she don’t know and just avoid answering the question. She never intended to retired but this is the luck that she came to TNA and now she is happy with TNA because she has a lot of opportunities in TNA. She also shared her comments on the WWE Hall of Fame said this is honor to be Hall of Fame of WWE. With this she made a mark in the pages of history to the fans.

Winter And Angelina Love vs Mickie James And Velvet Sky Match

At TNA’s No Surrender match Winter manage to regain the Knockouts Championship where she defeat Mickie James. It is just two weeks after losing the the title. This victory made Winter two time Knockout Champion and she was really so happy. People Predictions went wrong when Winter win this match however it is not so easy to win from Mickie. Angelina Love help Winter to win and she tried to hold Mickie. Winter want to put blood in her eyes but Mickie escaped and Winter put blood in Angelina’s eyes instead. At the end Winter manage to put blood in Mickie Eye and this step made her victory at No Surrender.

At No Surrender match TNA Knockout champion Mickie James will fight with Winter. The match was announced on last episode of Impact Wrestling. It is so hard to say that who will win this match. I really hope winter will take the title back but i don’t think its gonna happen. But who knows because its TNA and hope Knockouts surprise us this time.
